Section 457-7-001 - FEES

For fee purposes, theoretical horsepower shall be computed by multiplying the maximum amount of water sought in the application, expressed in cubic feet per second, by the total head expressed in feet, and dividing the product by eight and eight tenths ( 8.8 ).
