Within 90 days of the filing of an application for induced ground water recharge, the Director shall accept the application as a completed application or return the application as an incomplete application. If the application is incomplete, the Director shall list the deficiencies and return the application for correction. Failure to refile the corrected application within 90 days shall cause the application to be dismissed.
