Section 454-6-010 - APPEAL010.01. Orders pertaining to water rights for irrigation, power, or other useful purposes. Any party or parties dissatisfied with the decision made in a declaratory order regarding water rights for irrigation, power, or other useful purposes may appeal to the Court of Appeals to reverse, vacate, or modify the order complained of. The procedure to obtain such reversal, vacation, or modification shall be governed by the same provisions in force with reference to appeals and error proceedings from the district court.010.02. All other matters. All declaratory orders issued by the Department except for those described in 454 Neb. Admin. Code chapter 6 § 010.01 are subject to review in the same manner provided for review of contested cases by the Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 84-901 to 84-920.
