Section 262-6-009 - Delegation of Responsibilities by Board

The board of directors may delegate to the district manager or to a member or sub-committee of the board all or any of the authorities and responsibilities assigned to it by these rules and regulations except the establishment of preferred projects and practices in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 003 and the limitation of the types of projects and practices eligible for assistance in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 001. The Department shall be notified in writing of any such delegation.
