Section 261-4-015 - NOTICE OF INTENT TO ACQUIRE OR RETAIN

Any public district, city, county, political subdivision, or agency of the State or of the Federal government which is Interested in acquiring or retaining for public purposes land(s) purchased in whole or In part with Water Sustainability Funds shall notify the Department of such interest.
