At least once each year during construction and once every five years after project close-out, a Department staff member and a representative of the appropriate local organization shall inspect each parcel of land for which fee title has been acquired. A report of the staff member's findings along with any suggestions or recommendations will be submitted to the local organization for follow-up action.
