Section 256-4-003 - Annual Availability of Funds

Regardless of the status of the Fund at the time of Commission approval of the eligibility of a project, the extent, if any, to which financial assistance will be provided to such project in any one fiscal year shall be in accordance with and contingent upon the availability of funds and Commission action apportioning and setting aside funds for such project in such fiscal year in accordance with sections 4-008 or 4-009.
