The Department shall determine the value when new of automobiles currently available and shall continue to determine the values of automobiles as new models become available to Nebraska residents.
The Department shall determine the gross vehicle weight rating of motor vehicles over seven tons.
The Department will use appropriate commercially available electronic information to make the determination of the manufacturer's suggested retail price and the gross vehicle weight rating of motor vehicles over seven tons.
