Section 252-2-001 - SCOPE

These rules and regulations govern the Department of Motor Vehicles' procedures for imposing fees and taxes on motor vehicles pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 60-3,184 through 60-3,191. They do not cover the registration fees in Chapter 60, Article 3.
