Section 249-1-001 - SCOPE

These rules and regulations govern practice and procedure before the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of Nebraska pursuant to the Provisions Applicable to Operation of Commercial Motor Vehicles, Neb.Rev.Stat.60-4,163 through 60-4,179, and the Nebraska Administrative Procedure Act, Neb.Rev.Stat.84-913 through 84-920. Hearings pursuant to the Administrative License Revocation Act, Neb.Rev.Stat.39-669.08 through 39-669.18, and 247 NAC, Chapter 1, are exempt from these rules and regulations.
