Section 248-1-008 - AUDITS008.01Annual. The Mechanism shall have an audit conducted at least annually, to determine whether the Mechanism and its implementation are in compliance.008.02Contents. Each audit provided for in this section shall include at a minimum the following:008.02A The warrantor's or manufacturer's efforts to make consumers aware of the Mechanism's existence; and008.02B Analysis of a random sample of disputes to determine the following: 008.02B1 Adequacy of the Mechanism's complaint and other forms, investigation, mediation and follow-up efforts, and other aspects of complaint handling; and008.02B2 Accuracy of the Mechanism's statistical compilations. 008.03Auditors. Auditors shall be selected by Mechanism. No auditor maybe involved with the Mechanism as a warrantor, sponsor or member, or employee or agent thereof, other than for purposes of the audit.248 Neb.
