Upon suspension, revocation, cancellation or denial of the issuance of a certificate, the Director of the Department shall notify such school in writing and upon written request, shall afford such school a hearing.
Upon receipt of a written request, the Director of the Department may stay an administrative order denying, canceling, suspending or revoking the certificate of any school pending an administrative hearing on the matter.
Any action taken by the Department to cancel, suspend, revoke or refuse to issue or renew a certificate shall comply with the Administrative Procedures Act.
