Section 247-11-001 - SCOPE

These rules and regulations govern Department of Motor Vehicles approval of driver safety courses pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat.' 60-4, 130.05. These rules and regulations apply to schools that offer classes to individuals who will apply for provisional operator's permits using an approved driver safety course written and drive test waiver pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat.' 60-4, 120.01. These rules and regulations also apply to any driver training instructor employed at such a school pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat.' 60-4, 130.04.
