Section 247-1-014 - NOTICE OF HEARING014.01Receipt of the Petition. Upon receipt of a timely filed petition, the Director shall notify the Appellant of the date and location and manner of the hearing.014.02U.S. Mail. The Director shall serve Notice of the Hearing to the Appellant, and, if applicable, to the Appellant's attorney by U.S. mail to the address(es) provided by the Appellant on the petition form.014.03Time of Notice.
