Section 253-13-007 - Appearances

Any individual may appear on his or her own behalf before the Board. An individual may appear on behalf of another only if,

007.01 he or she is admitted to practice law before the Nebraska Supreme Court, or

007.02 he or she is admitted to practice law before the supreme court of any state and is accompanied by a person admitted to practice law before the Nebraska Supreme Court.
