Section 237-4-001 - STORAGE OF LIQUOR BY RETAIL LICENSEE001.01 All liquors shall be stored and maintained in the licensed premises of the licensee in a safe manner, and no such liquors shall be stored in any other place than the licensed premises except after application submitted in writing to the commission by said licensee and receipt by said licensee of written authority from the commission.001.02 Officers of the Nebraska State Patrol or agents of the Commission may grant temporary permission for storage of any liquors off the licensed premises, upon notification to the commission staff of such temporary permission as soon as practical.
