Section 237-2-006 - RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS006.01 Any licensee, required to be a state resident must be a registered voter in Nebraska and must, if a vehicle is owned, have at least one such owned vehicle registered in Nebraska.006.02 Additionally, all licensees are required to do any two of the following: 006.02A Own or rent property in Nebraska;006.02B Have a mailing address in Nebraska;006.02C Actually reside in Nebraska;006.02D Use a Nebraska address on tax returns.237 Neb.
