Section 83-7-007 - Written Emergency Plans

The facility shall have written plans which specify procedures to follow in emergency situations such as fire, disturbance, natural disaster, escape, or taking of hostages. Such plans shall be made available to all applicable employees and they shall be reviewed and updated at least annually.
