Section 83-7-004 - Fire Evacuation Plan

The facility shall have a written fire evacuation plan for use in the event of fire or major emergency. The plan shall include routes of evacuation and provisions for housing of juveniles after evacuation. The plan shall be posted where juveniles and staff may familiarize themselves with it.
