The facility shall have at least one administrative segregation cell or room designed for single occupancy. Administrative segregation cells or rooms shall have at least seventy (70) square feet of floor space and shall be equipped with at least a toilet, wash basin with hot and cold water, drinking fountain, mirror, table, seating, shelf or storage compartment, and a bed above the floor.
