Section 83-10-007 - Shower Facilities

Sufficient shower facilities with adequate supplies of hot and cold water shall be available in the juveniles' living areas to permit juveniles to shower or bathe daily. Juveniles shall be encouraged to shower or bathe at least three times per week.
