The Statute directs the Commission, after consultation with the Nebraska County Attorney Standards Advisory Council, with the responsibility of establishing a curriculum and administering continuing legal education for all county attorneys and their deputies beginning January 1, 1981. This rule and regulation is prepared to implement the responsibilities set forth in the Statute.
