Section 78-5-009 - Data Dissemination The Commission will compile and analyze data submitted as follows:
009.01 A magnetic tape containing required Uniform Crime Reporting data will be submitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation monthly for national compilation.009.02 A semi-annual report on Nebraska crime trends will be prepared.
