Section 77-1-003 - Authority to Inspect

Personnel of the Nebraska Commission on Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice shall have the power and authority to conduct facility inspections at any reasonable hour which they deem necessary to monitor each community residential facility's compliance with these Standards.
