Section 73-1-001 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE
001.01 PURPOSE

To establish procedures governing the distribution and management of Office of Violence Prevention Grant Funds by the Nebraska Commission on Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice.

001.02 SCOPE

Applicable to organizations requesting and receiving funds distributed by the Commission with the intent to provide services to the community aligned with evidence-based practices outlined by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1450.02.
