Section 231-3-1 - Requirements for Comity LicensureComity Licensure requires that the applicant:
3.1.1 Establish a CLARB Record;3.1.2 Be licensed in good standing in at least one other licensing jurisdiction recognized by the Board;3.1.3 Submit three references from professional landscape architects or design professionals indicating good reputation and character. At least one reference should be from a professional landscape architect. In the event a professional landscape architect is not available to make such reference, the applicant is to submit an explanation for the Board's review as to why the reference is unavailable.231 Neb.
