Upon receipt of the appropriate renewal fee set forth in the fee schedule and made payable to the Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors, compliance with all applicable rules, and approval of the Examining Board, the registration of each inactive registrant will be renewed. Such renewal is for the next biennium unless canceled or revoked by the Examining Board. The biennial fee is considered an application fee and will not be returned to applicants who are unsuccessful for any reason.
