A postponement of an examination or reexamination may be granted to any applicant once for each application. Any individual who has received a postponement for either an examination or reexamination is not eligible for postponement a second time and will be required to submit a new application for approval by the Examining Board. If an applicant wishes to postpone an examination the applicant will notify the Secretary of the Examining Board to that effect a minimum of one week prior to the date of said examination. Failure to notify the Secretary of the Examining Board as prescribed and failure to appear for the scheduled examination will be counted as a failure of the examination.
