Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 application forms are available in electronic, paper, or other format as may be prescribed by the Examining Board and, when fully completed with all necessary details, are filed with the Secretary of the Examining Board.002.01. No application for Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 registration will be accepted unless it is accompanied by the appropriate application fee as set forth in the fee schedule and made payable to the Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors.
