Class 1 applicant includes all applicants applying for registration as a professional land surveyor under section 81-8,117 who may be eligible for examination on the basis of having a current surveyor-in-training certificate issued in Nebraska or any other state which maintains standards equal to or greater than those of the State of Nebraska.
