Section 234-1-002 - Examining BoardExamining Board means the Nebraska State Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors.
002.01. A quorum of three members of the Examining Board is required for Board actions.002.02. The office of the Examining Board is located within the office of the Nebraska State Surveyor. All correspondence and filings should be addressed to "The State Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors" or delivered to this office during normal business hours. When a specified date or time of compliance falls on any Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the deadline will be the next succeeding working day.234 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 002
