If the insurance is suspended, cancelled, or expires and/or if the qualified inspector/business/employer changes insurance companies, the qualified inspector shall notify the Department and submit proof of insurance coverage to the Commissioner immediately or the qualified inspector will no longer be qualified to conduct inspections for Nebraska.
