The Department shall, upon receipt of such a request, promptly notify any other party whose legal rights may be adversely affected by the appeal and provide a copy of the appeal to such additional parties. The Department shall notify the Appeal Tribunal of the name and mailing address of any additional parties so notified of the appeal.
