Insurers shall respond to market availability surveys as may be issued by the Department from time to time. These surveys will require companies to indicate, for those lines and types of insurance listed in the survey, the degree to which an insurer is currently willing to write the coverages listed. Such surveys shall be completed and returned to the Department within 30 days of their issuance.
