Section 210-50-011 - Penalties

Any insurer or any of its officers, directors, insurance producers or employees thereof which, or who, violate any of the provisions of this regulation, or knowingly participate in or abet such violation, shall be subject to a monetary penalty and/or cease and desist order, suspension or revocation of their certificate of authority or license pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 44-1529.
