Section 210-38-010 - Procedure and standards for reporting contracted provider agreements010.01 It is the responsibility of the continuing education sponsor to: 010.01(A) Give notice to the director that the continuing education sponsor has appointed a contracted provider to handle their approved course, program of study, or subject for continuing education credit, and provide the department with a description of the authority, duties, and responsibilities granted to the contracted provider; and010.01(B) Give notice to the director of the primary contact person representing the contracted provider including fax and telephone number, email address and business address. The contracted provider's primary contact person shall be responsible for resolving any course discrepancy that may arise.010.02 The continuing education sponsor shall be ultimately responsible for the contracted provider's adherence to all requirements set forth in this rule and the Act.210 Neb.
