Section 479-8-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

This chapter governs Adoption Assistance Agreements that may be entered into with the Department pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 43-117 and 43-118 or Title IV-E of the Social Security Act.

001.01CONFLICT RESOLUTION. In the event there is a conflict between this chapter and any other Department regulations regarding the Adoption Assistance Program, this chapter shall be controlling.
