When a guardianship assistance payment has been suspended or reduced, the full guardianship assistance payment may be reinstated when the Department determines the basis for suspension or reduction in payment has been resolved. A guardianship assistance payment cannot be reinstated if the guardians who entered into the current Guardianship Assistance Agreement are no longer the guardians of the child.
