Section 477-26-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations establish the conditions for eligibility for the spousal impoverishment Medicaid program. These regulations are promulgated under the authority of the Medical Assistance Act, Nebraska Revised Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 68-901 et seq. and §1924 of the Social Security Act 42 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 1396r-5.
