This Title describes the policies and procedures of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, hereinafter,"the Department," for administering Social Services described in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) § 68-1202 for families and children. Federal funds are available for programs meeting the federal requirements of Title XX of the Social Security Act dealing with Social Service Block Grants funds .
