Section 471-35-012 - Appeals and Fair Hearings

A client has the right to appeal under 465 NAC 2-001.02 and 42 CFR 431, Subpart E. A provider has the right to appeal under 471 NAC 2-003. Hearings are conducted according to 465 NAC 6-000 and 42 CFR 431, Subpart E.

The Department is primarily responsible for the administrative duties of this function.
