Section 471-35-007 - Service Needs Assessment and Rehabilitative Psychiatric Service Recommendations

All clients determined eligible for rehabilitative psychiatric services must be assessed and have rehabilitative psychiatric service recommendations developed by a referring provider according to specified protocols.
