Section 471-27-006 - PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

006.01CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT. The provider may bill Medicaid only when:

(A) The transportation is furnished by a Medicaid enrolled provider to whom a direct vender payment can be made; and

(B) The client is actually in the vehicle.
