005.01INDIRECT SERVICES.

Reimbursement for indirect services, such as outreach that supports Medicaid services, are allowed if reasonable and necessary for the proper and efficient administration of Medicaid and if allowable according to the Nebraska Education-Based Medicaid Administrative Claiming (NEBMAC) Guide.
