Section 468-2-014 - WAIVER OF AID TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN CASH ASSISTANCEAn Aid to Dependent Children recipient subject to Employment First participation requirements who requests to have their case closed, must submit the request in writing.
014.01RE-ESTABLISHING ELIGIBILITY. In order to re-establish eligibility after waiving cash assistance, an applicant must: (A) Qualify for an exemption from Employment First participation requirements; or(B) Participate in an Employment First component activity included in his or her Self-Sufficiency Contract or in another activity mutually agreed upon for a minimum of five consecutive work days in order to demonstrate his or her willingness to participate.
