Section 464-1-012 - MAXIMUM SUPPORT

The support provided through this Program must not exceed $125 per recipient per month except for recipients the Department has approved for exceptional circumstances funding, including crisis respite. The Department determines the maximum monthly expenditure for each recipient based on need and available funds.

012.01FLEXIBILITY IN USE OF FUNDS. A caregiver may request Department flexibility in use of authorized funds to meet recipient need.

012.02ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A caregiver may contact the Department to request additional services in unusual circumstances, including a crisis need.
