The following services may be provided under the Comprehensive Developmental Disabilities Services Waiver:

002.01HABILITATIVE SERVICES.

(A) Behavioral In-Home Habilitation;

(B) Child Day Habilitation;

(C) Consultative Assessment Service;

(D) Community Integration;

(E) Day Support;

(F) Independent Living;

(G) Prevocational Service;

(H) Medical In-Home Habilitaiton;

(I) Residential Habilitation;

(J) Small Group Vocational Support;

(K) Supported Employment - Follow Along;

(L) Supported Employment - Individual;

(M) Supported Family Living; and

(N) Therapeutic Residential Habilitation.

002.02NON-HABILITATIVE SERVICES.

(A) Adult Day Services;

(B) Assistive Technology;

(C) Environmental Modification Assessment;

(D) Home Modifications;

(E) Homemaker Service;

(F) Personal Emergency Response System;

(G) Respite;

(H) Transitional Services;

(I) Transportation Service; and

(J) Vehicle Modifications.
