Section 403-2-001 - ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSIn order to be eligible for Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waiver Services for individuals with developmental disabilities, an individual must:
(A) Be eligible for Medicaid benefits;(B) Be at least age 21 for the Adult Day Waiver;(C) Have a developmental disability as defined in the Developmental Disabilities Services Act; and(D) Require the level of services provided by an Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) initially and annually thereafter.403 Neb.
