Section 395-5-002 - CASE REVIEWS

002.01 The Department will review Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) cases in the same manner as non-Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) cases utilizing the same time frames and sample size and will monitor the cases for compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA).
