Section 395-3-006 - REPORTS REGARDING FOSTER HOMES006.01LICENSING VIOLATIONS. The Department will investigate any licensed foster home after receiving a report that the foster home or foster parents are not in compliance with the licensing regulations.006.02ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT. Any report about a foster home may be forwarded to the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline for the Department to determine whether the report involves allegations of child abuse or neglect.006.03REPORTING PARTY. The identity of the reporting party is not public information.006.04LICENSING ACTION. If the Department determines the report is credible, a licensing action may be initiated.395 Neb. Admin.
